一株中华绒螯蟹病原菌的研究初报

A Preliminary Report on a Pathogenic Bacterium from Eriocheir sinensis

报道了从病蟹分离到一株致病性细菌主要特性的研究。腹腔接种细菌的小白鼠在２４ｈ内死亡（ＬＤ５０为２．４５×１０７个菌）；河蟹在经５×１０４个菌／ｍｌ的浸泡６０ｍｉｎ后，３０℃在１４～１８ｈ期间死亡４／６，３６ｈ全部死亡；２５℃经７２ｈ仍全部存活。根据形态、培养特性以及生理生化等特征，初步认为该菌归属假单胞菌属。

In this paper the characterization of a strain of pathogenic bacteria isolated from diseased Eriocheir sinensis was reported.The bacteria killed all tested mices in 48 h after an abdominal cavity injecting (LD50= 245107) and 4/6 of tested Eriocheir sinensis under the concentration of 5104/ml in 18 h at 30 but none at 25.According to its morphological,cultural,physiological and biochemical properties,the bacterium is probably a species in the genus Pseudomonas.
