感染IBDV雏鸡血液ANAE^+—淋巴细胞比例和IL-2水平的动态变化研究

Study on Changes of Blood ANAE+-Lymphocyte Ratio and IL-2 Level in Chicken Infected with Infectious Bursal Disease Virus (IBDV)

研究了经ＩＢＤ弱毒苗免疫和未免疫的３０～５９日龄ＡＡ鸡在感染传染性法氏囊病病毒（ＩＢＤＶ）后血液ＡＮＡＥ＋－淋巴细胞比例和白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２）水平动态变化。结果表明，血液ＡＮＡＥ＋－淋巴细胞（％）在攻毒后的头５ｄ内未免疫攻毒鸡（Ａ组）和免疫攻毒鸡（Ｂ组）明显下降，且Ａ组比Ｂ组下降的更快，第５天Ａ组明显低于未免疫未攻毒鸡（Ｃ组），Ｂ组也较Ｃ组低，Ｃ组没有明显的变化，以后Ａ和Ｂ组均回升，但Ｂ组比Ａ组回升的快，至２８ｄ时Ａ和Ｂ组均达到或接近攻毒前水平，并接近或高于Ｃ组。血浆ＩＬ－２水平Ａ和Ｂ组在ＩＢＤＶ攻毒后的头７ｄ内呈逐渐下降趋势，但Ａ组下降的更剧烈，Ｃ组无明显差异性变化，三组相比，Ｂ和Ｃ组均高于或明显高于Ａ组，以后Ａ和Ｂ组逐渐回升。

Changes of blood ANAE+lymphocyte (%) and IL-2 levels in both immunized and nonimmunized Arbor Acres (AA) chickens with attenuated IBDV were studied after they were infected with virulent IBDV.The results showed that Blood ANAE+lymphocyte (%) decreased significantly in both nonimmunized chickens (group A) and immunized chickens (group B) during the first 5 days of infection,and group A's reduced more quickly than group B's,while nonimmunized uninfected chickens (group C) kept a constant level,which were higher than that in group A and B.Then group A and B both began to rise,but group B rose much more rapidly than group A,and their level had recovered to normal 28 d later.Plasma IL-2 level in group A and B tended to decrease gradually,while there was no obvious change in group C.
