石油井管生产线起重机事故分析和控制

摘要 为减少起重机运行中发生恶性或恶性险肇事故,本文统计了五年中,十一台起重机关键部件的失效形式与形态,对易发机械故障和零部件损坏的原因进行了分析。通过对关键部件如弹联器、楔套等处的技术改进,并制定了严格的管理条例,极大地减少了设备发生恶性事故的几率。 Statistics of key parts including eleven cranes which lead to failure form and shape have been counted during the recent five years, so as to reduce the occurrence of dangerous or malignant accidents in operation of the crane. The reason of causing mechanical failure and damage of components has been analyzed. Through technical improvement of the elastic coupling, the wedge, etc. and formulating strict management regulations, the possibility of malignant accidents of equipment can be significantly reduced.
