摘要
水利建设工程合同的签订必须严格遵循国家法律法规,保障承发包商双方的利益。本文首先分析水利建设工程合同管理的现状,随后以嘉兴市贯泾港水源生态湿地工程为例,探究水利工程合同的规范化管理。
The sign of water conservancy construction contract must strictly abide by the state laws and regulations to safeguard the interests of both sides. This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of water conservancy construction project contract management, then takes Jiaxing Guan Jing Hong water ecological wetland project as an example, discusses the standard management of water conservancy project contract.
