矿物掺和料对水泥砂浆氯离子透过性能的影响

摘要 随着我国建筑行业的飞速发展,我国现代建筑工程的发展方向也发生了很大的变化,正在向大跨度、重载、高耸结构发展,为此工程对混凝土的强度和耐久性提出了更高的要求。本文通过氯离子加速渗透试验装置,研究了粉煤灰、磨细矿渣粉和硅灰对水泥砂浆氯离子透过性能的影响。氯离子透过水泥砂浆试件后,其在阳极溶液中的浓度随时间的延长而增加。所以,矿物掺合料是配制高性能混凝土一个重要的部分,它对混凝土的工作性、强度、体积稳定性及耐久性有很大的影响。 With the rapid development of China's construction industry, great changes have taken place in the development direction of modern construction projects which his developing towards large span, heavy load, and towering structure. So the construction requires higher strength and durability of concrete. In this paper, through chloride ions acceleration penetration device, the influence of fly ash, ground slag and silica fume on cement mortar chloride ions permeability is studied. After permeating the cement mortar specimens, the concentration of chloride ion in anode solution increases with time. Therefore, mineral admixtures is an important part in high performance concrete preparation, which has great effect on the workability, strength, volume stability and durability of concrete.
