摘要
我国民营企业员工流失现象普遍存在,对企业的健康发展影响重大。本文从企业及员工自身两方面进行原因分析,提出了相应的管理对策。
Private enterprise staff turnover phenomenon is widespread in China, which has great influence on the healthy development of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the causes from two aspects of enterprises and their employees, and puts forward corresponding management measures.
