摘要
本文从制造型企业的特征出发,提出通过实施成本工程,建立成本工程组织管理体系、成本工程制度管理体系、成本工程责任分配体系,从而提升企业核心竞争力,实现企业价值最大化。
This paper proposed to establish cost project organization and management system, cost project system management system and cost project responsibility allocation system through implementing the cost project from the characteristics of manufacturing enterprise, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and maximizing enterprise value.
