摘要
绩效考核工作的成效直接影响着企业的核心竞争力,由于各类因素的影响,我国企业的绩效考核工作还存在着一系列的问题,本文主要分析企业绩效考核系统下存在的问题并提出针对性的解决方法。
The effectiveness of the performance appraisal work directly affects the core competitiveness of enterprise. Due to all kinds of factors, there are still a number of problems in enterprise performance assessment work in China. This paper analyzes the problems in enterprise performance assessment system and proposes targeted solutions.
