华北落叶松中多酚氧化酶的研究

Studying on the Polyphenoloxidase in the Larix Principis-rupprechtii Mayr

本文对华北落叶松不同盟官不同时期多酚氧化酶的活性进行了研究，结果表明：a．多酚氧化酶是华北落叶松抗寒性的基础条件之一。b．多酚氧化酶与华北落叶松的生长发育有一定的关系。c．多酚氧化酶与华北落叶松抗虫能力及受害后恢复生机的能力有关。

Studying the activity of polyphenoloxidase in various organs of Larch during the different growth periods of a year. We get the results as following. Firstly, polyphenoloxidase is one of the basic conditions of cold－resistant of cold－ resistant of LPR.Secondly, polyphenoloxidase has relation to growth of tree. Thirdly, polyphenoloxidase has relation to the pest resistant ability and recover its life after suffering injury of LPR.
