摘要
教师绩效管理是独立学院管理的重要组成部分,本文试从教师发展需求的角度探讨独立学院如何结合教师发展需求进行教师绩效管理。
Teacher performance management is an important part of the independent institute management. This paper from the perspective of development needs of teachers tries to explore how should the independent institute carry on teacher performance management combined with development needs of teachers.
