某混合金铜矿浮选—氰化联合流程选矿试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过对某金铜矿山混合矿石进行工艺矿物学研究,采用混合浮选得到的浮选精矿铜、金品位分别为9.42%、52.42 g/t,回收率分别为82.46%、60.97%;浮选尾矿氰化浸出,浸出率79.16%;采用混合浮选—氰化联合流程,金的综合回收率为91.87%。试验结果表明矿石中的主要元素金和铜得到了充分的回收。 Through the process mineralogy study of a copper-gold mixed ore, the bulk concentrate containing 9.42% Cu and 52.42 g/t, with recovery of 82.46% and 60.97% respectively, was obtained. The flotation tailings was disposed by leaching, and the leaching rate was 79.16%. Adopting the combined flowsheet of flotation and cyanide leaching, the total recovery of gold reached 91.87%. The results showed that the main elements of gold and copper were comprehensively recycled.
