摘要 在介绍GJ5×2大型双槽高强度搅拌磨机结构性能的基础上,探索了入料粒度、粉磨介质充填率、助磨剂添加量、处理量等工艺参数对云母剥片效果的影响,并得到了相关结论。此次探索分析对GJ5×2大型双槽高强度搅拌磨机应用于云母剥片中具有重要的指导性意义。 On the basis of introducing the structure and performance of GJ5×2 intensity stirring mill with double cells, the technological parameters' influence of the material, grinding media filling rate, the quantity of grinding aid agent, the handling splitting was explored and related conclusion was drawn. The exploring analysis has significance on the application of GJ5×2 large scale and high intensity stirring mill with large scale and high particle size of feed capacity on the mica an important guiding double cells in mica splitting.
