摘要
目的:分析葫芦科赤雹属植物赤雹干燥茎叶挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从赤雹茎叶中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术及克瓦兹指数对挥发油化学成分进行分析,以归一化法计算各个化学成分的相对含量。结果:共分离出106个色谱峰,鉴定了其中67个化合物,占挥发油总量的87.31%。赤雹茎叶挥发油中主要成分是:3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六碳烯-1-醇(25.62%)、2,7(14),10-bisabolatrien-1-ol-4-one(23.05%)及系列烷烃(13.31%)等。结论:首次采用克瓦兹指数对赤雹茎叶挥发油的化学成分进行分析,为赤雹的开发研究提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical components of essential oil from stem and leaf of Thladiantha dubia Bunge. METHODS Essential oil was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical components of essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS and Kovats index. The relative contents of the components were determined with area percentage method. RF^ULTS 106 components were separated and 67 components were identified. The main components in the oil were 3,7,11,15-tetram- ethyl-2 hexadecene-l-ol(25.62 ~), 2, 7 (14), 10 bisabolatrien-1 ol-4-one (23.05 ~/00 ) and series of alkane ( 13.31 ~ ) and so on. CONCLUSION This is the first time to adopt CRZMS and Kovats index to analyze the chemical components of volatile oil of Thladiantha dubia Bunge, and this study can provide scientific basis for further research and development of Thladiantha dubia Bunge.
