Evaluation on drugs management of free charge of AIDS anti-viral drugs in Guangxi

目的:了解广西艾滋病免费抗病毒药品的管理情况,分析存在问题,规范药品管理。方法:按照《国家艾滋病免费抗病毒药品供应管理技术指南》(试行版)的要求,随机选择了全区22家艾滋病免费抗病毒定点治疗机构,对其药品库房及药品管理情况进行现场督导检查。结果:组织机构、药品管理员及药品调配人员资质还未达到要求;只有63.6%的药品库房制订药品需求年度计划,95.5%的药品库房没有出现过期药品;药品库房均有出入库单据及药品发放原始记录,但只有77.3%做到帐物相符;仅有63.6%的药品库房储存条件达到要求。结论:艾滋病免费抗病毒药品的管理还存在一些问题,各级艾滋病防治机构应加强药品管理,提高药品管理水平。

OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of drugs management of free charge of AIDS anti-viral drugs in Guangxi; to analyze the existing problems and standardize the management of the drug. METHODS According to the Guideline of national free charge of AIDS anti-viral drugs supervision 1technology （Trial edition）＇s requirements, 22 fixed treatment organi- zations of free charge of AIDS anti-viral drugs in the entire region was selected at random to accept on-site supervision and in- spection on their free warehouse and drugs management. RESULTS Organization, drug administrators and drug dispensing staff＇s qualification were failed to meet the requirements; there were only 63. 6G of the drug warehouses had annual drug de- mand plan,95.5 % of the drug warehouses had no expired medicines; drug warehouses had in-out warehouse receipts and the release of original records, but only 77. 3 % things were consistent with the account book; only 63. 6 G of the drug warehouses storage conditions met the requirements. CONCLUSION The management of free charge of AIDS anti-viral drugs still remains some problems, AIDS prevention and control institutions at all levels should strengthen the drug management, improve the level of drug management.
