干粉吸入剂使用情况及影响因素调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the grasping situation and the influencing factor on dry power in-haler

目的:了解患者对2种干粉吸入剂使用方法的掌握情况,并对影响患者正确使用吸入剂的相关因素进行调查分析。方法:对某院使用干粉吸入剂的患者进行调查。结果:共调查369例门诊或住院患者,不能完全掌握吸入剂使用方法的患者共204例(55.28%);低(初中及初中以下)、高(高中及高中以上)等文化程度组吸入剂使用方法错误率分别为64.89%,40.28%;老年患者吸入剂使用方法错误率为61.71%;经临床药师多次指导后正确率可达到100%。结论:吸入剂的规范使用受年龄、文化程度、干预指导情况及患者用药依从性等多种因素影响,临床药师反复多次示范性指导有助于患者对吸入剂的规范使用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the present grasping situation of application method and the related influencing factors on proper usage of two kinds of dry power inhalers （DPI） in patients. METHODS A survey was conducted in the patients using DPI in a certain hospital. RESULTS Among 369 investigated out-in-patients,204 cases （55.28%） did not completely graspe the inhalation method. The ratios of operation mistakes were 64. 89% and 40. 28~ in patients with lower ed- ucational level （junior high school or below） and higher educational level （senior high school or above）,respectively. In elderly patients, the rate of operation mistake was 61.71%. The rate of operation accuracy could be up to 100~ after receiving the in- struction many times from the clinical pharmacists. CONCLUSION The proper application of DPI was influenced by many different factors in patients, such as ages, educational levels, instruction, medication compliances. Repeated introduction hy clinical pharmacists improved the proper DPI application in patients.
