摘要
从北京市远郊东三岔地区一处废弃的铅锌尾矿中筛选到一株强高度抗镉的细菌.通过细菌形态学观察、Biolog快速鉴定、部分16SrDNA序列分析,鉴定此菌株为成团肠杆菌(Pantoea agglomerans).抗性研究表明该菌株具极强的抗镉能力,最小抑制浓度(MIC)达2 000mg/L,具有很高的应用价值.
A bacterial strain capable of resisting cadmium was isolated from a Pb-Zn mine tailing at Beijing suburbs. The bacterial strain isolated could resist cadmium efficiently and it was able to grow well on media plates containing 2 000 mg/L cadmium. The strain was identified as Pantoea agglomerans based on Biolog, analysis of the 16S rDNA sequence and other chemical means.
