摘要
科学评价城乡建设用地拓展的生态经济适宜性,有利于提升区域发展与生态建设之间的和谐关系.研究将生态价值、生态敏感性及经济区位因素结合起来,发展了一套相对完备的评价方法与指标体系,并以湖北荆州为例进行实证研究.结果表明:(1)荆州生态系统服务总价值为104.477 3亿元,其中调节服务、支持服务、供给服务与文化服务价值依次递减,分别为69.338 5亿元、19.461 2亿元、8.371 5亿元、7.306 1亿元;(2)生态系统不敏感区、轻度敏感区、中度敏感区、高度敏感区与极敏感区面积分别为1 426.82km2、6 726.63km2、5 064.36km2、844.53km2、35.25km2;(3)建设用地拓展的生态经济高适宜区、中高适宜区、一般适宜区、中低适宜区、低适宜区面积分别为1 245km2、430km2、2 635km2、9 218km2、570km2.
The objective evaluation of the eco-economic suitability of the urban and rural construction land expansion is conducive to promoting harmonious relations between regional development and ecological construction. Ecological value, ecological sensitivity and economic geographical factors are combined to de- velop a relatively efficient system of evaluation methods and indices, with Jingzhou as an example of empir- ical research. The results show that the total value of Jingzhou ecosystem services is 10. 447 73 billion yuan,including regulation value (6. 933 85 billion yuan) ,support services (1. 946 12 billion yuan), supply service (837.15 million yuan),cultural value (730.61 million yuan),etc. ,the mildly sensitive areas,moder- ately sensitive areas, highly sensitive area, very sensitive areas of Jingzhou ecosystem are respectively 1 426.82 km2 ,6 726. 63 kme , 5 064. 36 km2 , 844. 53 km2 , 35. 25 km2 , and the highly suitable areas, the highly and moderately suitable areas, generally suitable areas, lowly and moderately suitable areas, lowly suitable areas expanded by construction land in Jingzhou are respectively about 1 245 km2, 430 km2, 2 635 km2,9 218 km2,and 570 km2.
