摘要
基于210位石油工人的数据,构建结构方程模型,探究人格特质、情感状态和工作满意度的动态关系.结果显示:人格特质对工作满意度的影响不仅仅停留在静态上,更多地体现在动态变化中,人格特质可以通过情感状态很好地预测工作满意度(效应系数0.89),与此同时,相比负性情感的反向作用而言,正性情感对工作满意度的提升作用更加明显(效应系数0.896),正性情感的激发更有助于在工作中发挥最佳表现.
Based on the data of 210 oil workers,the structural equation model was built to explore the dy- namic relationship among personality,affectivity and job satisfaction. The results show that the influence of personality on job satisfaction is not static but dynamic, and personality through affeetivity serves as a good predictor of job satisfaction (effect coefficient is 0.89). At the same time, compared to reverse effects of negative affectivity,positive affectivity has a more obvious role in enhancing job satisfaction (effect coeffi- cient is 0. 896),and therefore positive emotions help improve work performance.
