摘要
本文通过总结科学基金法制工作的经验，围绕深入贯彻落实《国家自然科学基金条例》的工作，提出以立体化的法治思维全面推进科学基金法治化水平的基本命题，并提出科学基金法治工作路线图的思路，旨在为推进科学基金法治工作，应对科学基金治理能力现代化提供理论支撑。
The authors summarized the legal work of science foundation and put forward legal thinking mode based on thoroughly implement the ＂Regulations of National Natural Science Foundation＂. The pur- pose of this work is to promote law rule of science fund and to provide theoretical support for governance ability of science foundation.
