计算机辅助的模型外科在治疗面中部骨折中的临床应用 被引量:5

The clinical application of computer-aided model surgery in the treatment midface fracture

摘要 选取面中部骨折患者17例,术前行三维CT重建,将所获得CT图像数据利用计算机辅助制成三维实体模型。对模型进行手术设计,模拟手术及个体化钛板的预制。计算机辅助的模型可以快速、立体、准确的显示骨折部位的三维解剖结构,模型外科可以使面中部骨折的治疗做到术前准确设计、术中参照定位,简化了手术步骤,提高了手术效果。患者术后效果满意。计算机辅助的模型外科是诊治面中部骨折的重要手段。 To evaluate the clinical effects of computer-aided model surgery on the treatment of midface fracture. Seventeen patients with midface fracture were received the preoperative examination of three-dimensional CT re-struction and the CT data were changed into three-dimensional entity models under the help of computer-aided sys-tem. The operation plan can be designed and personalized titian plate can be fabricated on the models. Computer-aided model can quickly and accurately display the three-dimensional anatomy structure of midface fracture. Model surgery simplified the operation and elevated the results. The patients were satisfied after operation. Computer-aided model surgery is a valuable and important method to diagnose and treat midface fracture.
