摘要
美蔷薇 (RosabellaRehd .etwils) ,俗称油瓶瓶 ,属蔷薇科 ,蔷薇属灌木 ,是在中国分布较广的一种野生植物 ,在山西中部到北部的山区、丘陵、沟壑有十分丰富的美蔷薇资源。本文论述了美蔷薇果的营养特点 ,药用价值及开发利用前景。介绍了美蔷薇果汁、果酒的研制及美蔷薇果色素的提取及其特性。认为美蔷薇及其果实具有很高的开发利用价值 。
Mei Qiangwei (Rosa bella Rehd. et wils) is a kind of bush that belongs to the rose family and the rose genus. It is widely distributed over China, especially in mountains, hills and ravines. Shanxi province has large amount of Mei Qiangwei, its widely used as a kind of traditional Chinese medicine. We have studied Mei Qiangwei for several years and found that it was rich in nutrients. In this paper we introduced some products made from the fruits of Mei Qiangwei. We think the fruits of Mei Qiangwei is a valuable wild food resource.
