卡泊芬净治疗老年肺部侵袭性真菌感染112例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 老年肺部侵袭性真菌感染具有诊断困难、病情进展快、病死率高的临床特点,随着我国老年慢性疾病患者的增多,老年患者肺部侵袭性真菌感染问题日益突出,其防治工作已成为重要的临床课题.现对笔者所在医院2008年05月-2012年06月诊断为侵袭性肺部真菌感染的112例老年患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,以进一步探讨卡泊芬净治疗老年患者肺部侵袭性真菌感染的临床疗效及不良反应.
