不典型大汗腺增生性病变 被引量:7

摘要 不典型大汗腺增生性病变(atypical apocrine proliferations)主要包括不典型大汗腺腺病和不典型大汗腺型导管增生,二者均具有不典型大汗腺细胞;其中不典型大汗腺腺病主要表现为腺管增生,而不典型大汗腺型导管增生则主要表现为大汗腺细胞增生,并可出现异型性结构.目前,不典型大汗腺增生性病变的诊断尚缺乏统一的界定标准,也未引起病理医师的足够重视,且普遍存在认识模糊、诊断经验缺乏现象,其已成为乳腺疾病病理诊断的难题之一.
