摘要 对不同杂交组合一代和二代不同发育时期的光合速率及其对产量的影响进行了研究。结果表明 ,各组合后代的结铃期光合速率与子棉产量高度正相关。F1 产量优势及F2 产量优势衰退也与铃期光合速率高度正相关。光能利用率明显提高是杂交种比纯合品种具有更大的增产潜力的因素之一。因而利用光合速率的测定可以有效地预测杂种F1 的竞争优势及F2 的优势衰退程度 ,从而为优势杂交组合的筛选和F2 This paper studied different development period rate of photosynthesis of varieties cross combination F 1 and F 2,and the effecton their yield.Result suggested that different society descendant bolling stage rate of photosynthesis were positively related with unginned yield.F 1 yield dominance and F 2 yield dominance failing were highly positively related with bolling stage rate of photosynthesis.Efficiency of energy conversion obviously improved was one of factors that hybrid have bigger increasing in yield potency than homozygous varieties. So utilization rate of photosynthesis assay method can calculate effective hybrid F 1 competition dominance and F 2 dominance failing degree,thus providing basis for dominance cross combination selection and F 2 heterotic vigor utilization.
