胃镜下绝缘头电切刀电切治疗难治性食管吻合口良性狭窄二例分析 被引量：6

摘要 2011年9月至2012年4月，中南大学湘雅二医院应用绝缘头电切（insulation—tipped，IT）刀治疗2例难治性食管吻合口良性狭窄患者，疗效满意，现报道如下。一、对象与方法1．对象：病例1为男性，73岁，食管癌根治术后1年余出现吞咽困难，胃镜检查见吻合口距门齿2lcm，呈环形狭窄，直径为0．3cm，狭窄长度为1．8cm。
