听眦线与前后联合间线关系的核磁共振研究 被引量:2

A MRI study of the relationship between the orbitomeatal line and anterior-posterior commissure line

摘要 目的探讨听眦线(OML)作为脑立体定向手术颅内靶点定位体表扫描基线的可行性。方法采用1.5 T高清MRI图像测量105例接受立体定向手术的患者前后联合连线(AC-PC)与OML、大脑长轴、丘脑长轴的夹角,分析OML与AC-PC、大脑长轴、丘脑长轴的关系及其他体表参考线基线与AC-PC的关系。结果 AC-PC与OML成向下(10.17±1.46)°夹角,大脑长轴与OML成向下(9.77±1.57)°夹角,丘脑长轴与OML成向下(9.84±1.64)°夹角,大脑长轴、丘脑长轴与AC-PC基本平行。结论 OML为较理想的功能神经外科定位用体表参考线,具有标志明确、操作简单的优点。 Objective To explore the possibility of orbitomeatal line (OML) used as MRI scanning base line for stereotaetic functional neurosurgery. Methods The length of anterior commissure- posterior commissure (AC-PC) line, cerebral length (distance from the frontal pole to occipital pole), cerebral width, the shape of the brain (cerebral width/cerebral length), and the angles between AC-PC line and OML, AC-PC line and the cerebral length-axis, AC-PC line and thalamic length-axis were measured on MR images in 105 patients with intracranial lesions undergoing stereotactic neurosurgery. The angles between everyone of the other three extraeranial reference lines and AC-PC line were measured and compared. The relationships of OML with AC-PC, cerebral length axis and tharamie length axis, and the relationships of angle between AC-PC line and OML with the brain parameters were analyzed. Results ①The angle between AC-PC line and OML was (10.17±1.46)°. The angle between the OML and the cerebral length-axis was (9.77±1.57)°. The angle between the OML and the tbalamie length axis was (9.84± 1.64)°. AC-PC line is parallels to the cerebral length axis and the thalamic length-axis. ②The length of AC-PC line was (22.1 ± 1.3)mm (ranged from 19.5 to 25.1 mm). Conclusion The OML is a good extracranial reference line for stereotactic neurosurgery on MRI scanning.
