基层公共文化生活的繁荣与发展与基层文化战线上的人才队伍建设密不可分。文化志愿者队伍是基层公共文化人才队伍的重要补充。本文以A省M市文化志愿者队伍建设为个案,分析该市文化志愿者队伍建设面临的困境、采取的措施,为文化志愿者队伍建设寻找一条可行之路。进而为基层公共文化人才队伍建设的发展壮大提供有益探索。

The prosperity and development of grass-roots public cultural life are inseparable from talents team construction in grass-roots cultural fronts .Cultural volunteers team is an important complement of grass-roots public cultural talents team .This paper , taking cul-tural volunteers team construction in M City of A Province as a case , analyzes the dilemma this city faces and the measures taken to look for a feasible way for the construction of cultural volunteers team , in addition , to provide references for the development and ex-pansion of grass-roots public cultural talents team .
