摘要
为了寻求三叶虫茶水溶性物质提取的较优方法 ,应用回归旋转组合设计研究了溶剂温度、溶剂量、浸泡时间、乙醇加入量、p H值对三叶虫茶水溶物提取量的影响 .结果表明 ,当溶剂温度为 10 0℃ ,溶剂量 12倍 ,浸泡时间为 12 0 min,乙醇加入量为 0 ,p H值为 5时 ,三叶虫茶水溶物提取量最高 ,其理想值为 44 .88g/ 10 0 g.
To seek an ideal method of extraction,effects on extraction amount by solvent temperature,solvent amount,time of immersing,alcohol amount and pH value were studied by using quadratic orthogonality regression rotation combination.The results show that the extraction amount reaches its maximum with the solvent temperature 100 ℃,solvent amount 12 times,time of immersing 120 min,alcohol amount 0 and pH value 5.The ideal value of extraction is 44.88 g/100 g.
