摘要
以专利作为技术创新能力衡量指标,分别采用绝对指标、相对指标、结构指标和自相关指标对我国新能源技术创新能力的空间分布格局进行实证分析,结果表明:从绝对指标看,我国新能源技术创新能力呈现东高西低的分布格局;从相对指标看,我国新能源技术创新能力空间分异程度不大,西部地区新能源技术创新能力排名明显升高;从结构指标看,我国大部分地区属于新能源实用新型和外观设计专利特化类,只有北京、天津、江苏、上海和辽宁5个东部沿海省市属于新能源发明专利特化类,表明我国在新能源领域具有实质价值的技术创新能力并不强;从自相关指标看,我国新能源技术创新能力具有空间依赖性,近邻效应显著。
This paper takes patent as the indicator of technology innovation ability and empirically analyzes the spatial distribution of technolo-gy innovation ability of new energy by using absolute index ,relative index ,structure index and autocorrelation index .The main results are as follows:from the view of the absolute index ,the spatial distribution pattern of innovation technology ability of new energy presents gradually decreasing pattern from east to west in China ;from the view of relative index ,the spatial differentiation of innovation technology ability of new energy is not high ,and the rank of technology innovation ability of new energy in western China has been improved ;from the view of structure index ,most of regions in China are belong to the specialization type of utility model patent and appearance design patent ,and only Beijing , Tianjin ,Jiangsu ,Shanghai and Liaoning belong to the specialization type of invention model patent it shows that the technology innovation a-bility of new energy that has the real value in China is not high ;from the view of autocorrelation index ,there is a tendency of spatial depend-ence among regional technology innovation ability of new energy in China ,and the regions and their neighbors have potentially similar trends .
