癫痫及癫痫发作中的心功能障碍 被引量：4

摘要 自1906年Russell报道癫痫患者发作中存在脉搏消失的情况后,人们逐渐认识到癫痫发作也会影响自主神经系统[1].Jackson等于1889年报道颞叶内侧癫痫发作时伴有心率变化;1939年Erickson发现颞叶癫痫发作时可有心动过速、心律紊乱及T波变异[2].20世纪90年代后,对癫痫不明原因的突然死亡（SUDEP）的研究发现心功能障碍可能是其主要诱发因素[3],因此癫痫发作时心功能的异常引起了人们的重视[4-9].而国内对此尚未给予应有的重视,我们就相关问题作一综述,希望能引起临床医师的关注.
