新疆农业产业化中主导产业的选择研究

Study on Leading Industry Selection of Xinjiang Agriculture Industrialization

农业是新疆的优势产业 ,但目前仍然处于一种较低层次的发展状况 ,尚未实现资源的最佳有效配置。农业产业化是新疆农业向高效益、高层次发展的现实选择 ,但在产业化过程中主导产业的选择尚存在许多问题。本文以马克思主义的地域分工学说、专业化生产理论为基本指导思想 ,并借鉴西方及我国发展经济学以及区域经济学中关于区域开发和产业发展的一般原理 ,在对新疆的自然、经济、技术和资源等条件进行综合分析的基础上 ,对新疆农业产业化过程中主导产业的选择进行了定性和定量的研究 ,提出了瓜果业、畜牧业和棉花为新疆农业发展的三大主导产业部门。

With special natural advantages and resources advantages, agriculture is one of advantageous industries of Xinjiang. But now it is still in a poor situation and its development has not attained the best arrangement of resources. Agriculture industrialization proves to be a practical way to make Xinjiang agriculture step towards a higher level development. But as far as its selection of leading industry is concerned, there are still lots of problems need solving. In this paper, according to the related theories, such as Marx's theory of regional division and his theory of specialization production, and the current situation of Xinjiang agriculture industry structure, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis of the leading industry selection of Xinjiang agriculture industrialization was made. And finally, it is concluded that fruit planting, animal husbandry, and cotton planting should be the leading agricultural industries in Xinjiang.
