肺叶切除术后肺扭转四例的诊治报告 被引量：1

摘要 肺叶扭转临床较为少见,常发生在胸部外科手术后,可自发于某些先天性肺部异常,并发于创伤性气胸.主要原因是支气管血管蒂旋转所致,影响肺的脉管系统,导致肺叶动脉供血、静脉回流和（或）支气管狭窄闭塞,危及患者的生命,由于临床症状和影像学改变不典型,术前确诊经常比较困难.我科2010年10月至2013年1月收治了4例肺叶切除手术后并发肺扭转病例,现对其临床表现、诊断和治疗及病因进行回顾性分析.
