柞蚕血液过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的研究 被引量:11

摘要 本试验对柞蚕(Antheraeapernyi)血液过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)的活性进行了研究。在幼虫期 ,CAT活性随龄递减。同一龄期内 ,CAT活性在龄初时较低 ,然后迅速上升 ,在盛食期前后保持较高水平 ,将眠时迅速降至该龄最低点 ,就眠后又上升。化蛹后 ,CAT活性迅速升高 ,至蛹中期达峰值 ,随后下降直至羽化。不同性别间CAT活性雄性高于雌性。不同品种间CAT活性存在较大差异 ,抗病2号高于青6号 ,显著高于三里丝。接种柞蚕核型多角体病毒(AntheraeapernyiNuclearPolyhedrosisVirus,ApNPV)后 ,血液CAT活性先下降 ,然后迅速上升 ,3个品种均出现两个活性峰 ,抗病2号的两个活性峰分别出现在接种后第3天和第6天 ,青6号则出现在第4天和第6天 ,而三里丝出现在第5天和第7天 ,且抗病2号的活性峰高于青6号 ,显著高于三里丝。研究认为 ,柞蚕血液CAT活性与蚕的生长发育、体内代谢、抗病性密切相关 ,其活性大小可作为衡量品种抗病性强弱的一个生理指标。 The activity of catalase (CAT) in haemolymph of Antheraea pernyi was studied. In larval stage, the CAT activity declined with the increase of the instars. In the same instar, the CAT activity was lower at the beginning, then increased rapidly and maintained in a high level during gluttonous stage. It declined rapidly to the lowest level before moulting and increased from the beginning of moulting. After pupation, the CAT activity increased rapidly and reached the peak at the middle stage of pupae, then decreased rapidly until emergence. The CAT activity of the male was higher than that of the female. There was great variation of CAT activity among different varieties, so that of Kanger was higher than that of Qingliu and much higher than that of Sanlisi. After the inoculation with Antheraea Pernyi Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (ApNPV), the CAT activity declined first, then increased rapidly and two activity peaks occurred. The two peaks of Kanger appeared at the 3rd and 6th day and those of Qingliu appeared at the 4th and 6th day while those of Sanlisi appeared at 4th and 7th day. The peak of Kanger was higher than that of Qingliu and much higher than that of Sanlisi. The results showed that there was a very close relationship between the CAT activity and development, metabolism and disease resistance, it could be taken as one of the physiological index for disease resistance.
