第311例全血细胞减少-胰酶升高-低钠血症-骨髓中大量原始细胞

摘要 病历摘要 患者男,57岁,因＂乏力、食欲下降3个月,皮肤瘀斑1周＂于2013年6月18日入院.2013年3月患者无诱因出现乏力、食欲下降,无其他明显伴随症状.因症状逐渐加重就诊于当地医院,查血常规：白细胞（2.7~1.9）×109/L,中性粒细胞（1.08~1.36）×109/L,血红蛋白106~88 g/L,血小板（25~23）×109/L;尿常规正常.
