摘要
为进一步评估纳川珠利在靶动物临床应用中的安全性,在80只浦东黄羽肉鸡标准饲料中全程添加0、3、15、30mg/kg纳川珠利,观察它对鸡的临床表现和血液学指标的影响。结果显示,纳川珠利对鸡无不良临床反应;对鸡的血液生化指标无显著影响;试验期间各组之间体重增重变化的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);剖检时肉眼未见明显异常,但肝指数、脾指数和肺指数显著减小(P<0.05);用药后第28天,药物处理组红细胞浓度和红细胞压积显著增加(P<0.05),推测药物对育成期雏鸡的红细胞成熟分化可能有一定的促进作用。结果表明,纳川珠利对靶动物鸡的整体毒性较低,临床应用是安全的。
To further evaluate clinical application security of nitromezuril,this experiment was designed to investigate subchronic toxicity of nitromezuril in chickens. Totally 80 Pudong chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups and fed with the diets containing nitromezuril(0,3,15 and 30 mg/kg, respectively) for 7 weeks. The effects of nitromezuril on clinical signs, hematology, biochemical parameters and so on were examined to assess subchronic toxicity of the compound in chickens. In result, during the study,no adverse clinical responses, significant differences in blood biochemicals and body weight were observed in target ani- mals among the groups due to the nitromezuril(P〉0.05). Necropsy showed that chickens were normal,but the or- gan coefficient of liver,spleen and lung reduced significantly(P〈0. 05). The red blood cells and hematocrit in- creased significantly(P〈0.05) 28 d post-treatment. Nitromezuril may have effects to promote red blood cells matu- ration in the rearing chicks. In conclusion, nitromezuril is of low toxicity and safety for clinical use.
