摘要
为了揭示苎麻基因型之间胶质及其组分的时空变化规律 ,促进苎麻高产优质低胶育种与栽培 ,对 2 5个苎麻品种不同季别、不同部位的原麻胶质含量及其组分的测定结果表明 ,苎麻胶质及其组分存在明显的时空差异 .不同季别的总胶质、果胶质、半纤维素的含量均以头麻最高 ,二麻次之 ,三麻最低 ;水溶物、木质素的含量大小恰好相反 .不同部位的总胶质、水溶物、果胶质、半纤维素的含量均以梢部最高 ,基部次之 ,中部最低 ;木质素的含量则以基部最高 ,中部次之 ,梢部最低 .苎麻胶质及其组分时空差异的大小又因品种而异 :苎麻总胶质以竹子麻、大庸黄壳麻、青壳麻、四川珙县圆麻、湘潭大叶白的变异较大 ,达 4.19%~ 5 .95 % ,沅江白里子青、湘苎三号等 6个品种的变异幅度较小 ,在 1.0 0 %~ 1.
The results show that there are obvious differences of non cellulose matter in various seasons and plant sections among ramie genotypes.The contents of whole non cellulose matter,pectin and hemicellulose keep at the highest level in the first season and the lowest in the third season around a year,while in different sections,the contents decrease from the bottom section to the middle section,then to the top section.In the same season,contents of whole non cellulose matter,water dissolvable matter,pectin and hemicellulose keep at the highest level at the top section and lowest at the bottom section.But lignin contents keep at the highest level at the bottom section,then the middle section,and the lowest at the top section.Meanwhile,the contents of whole non cellulose and its components of some varieties change remarkably among various seasons or sections.Thedifferences of whole non cellulose of cultivars such as Zhuzima,Dayonghuangkema,Qingkema, Gongxianyuanma and Xiangtandayebei reach 4.19% ~ 5.95%. But those of varieties such as Yuanjiang bailiziqing and Xiangzhu No.3 are between 1.00% to 1.99%.
