三尖瓣闭锁全腔静脉-肺动脉连接术后合并妊娠一例报告并文献复习

摘要 三尖瓣闭锁是一种三尖瓣先天性闭锁伴右心室发育不良的心血管畸形.发病率约占先天性心脏病的1％ ～5％,在紫绀型先天性心脏病中继法洛四联症和大动脉错位后居第3位[1].因其生存时间较短,一经诊断须尽早手术,以往手术后10年生存率约为9％.近年来,随着外科手术技术的不断发展,术后生存率有了很大提高,越来越多的女性患者可存活至成年.但目前这类患者合并妊娠的报道十分少见,其能否妊娠及妊娠结局缺乏大宗的病例总结.本院收治了1例三尖瓣闭锁行全腔静脉-肺动脉连接（TCPC）术后合并妊娠的患者,现结合文献复习报道如下.
