摘要
应用酶工程技术 ,得到在室温下有较高酶活力的海洋低温碱性蛋白酶。为对海洋低温碱性蛋白酶进行安全性评价 ,作者应用小鼠和大鼠急性毒性试验及最大耐受量 ( MTD)测定 ,观察海洋低温碱性蛋白酶对小鼠 1次口服后产生的急性毒性反应和大鼠完整皮肤短期内接触海洋低温碱性蛋白酶所产生的毒性反应。结果表明 ,小鼠 1次口服海洋低温碱性蛋白酶的 MTD>2 0 g/kg为实际无毒物 ,其中毒的靶器官是肝脏 ,未见大鼠经皮的急性毒性反应。
The Marine low temperature alkaline proteinase with very high activity was made at room temperature by enzyme engineering technology. In order to evaluate the safety of the Marine low temperature alkaline proteinase,it was used to do the acute toxicity test in the mice and rats to see the acute toxicity reactions which it was orally administered once by the mice and in acute dermal toxicity test. The results show that the Maximum tolerance dose (MTD) which is orally administered once by the mice is higher than 20g/kg. Pathologic study finds that toxic target apparatus is liver. No abnormality reactions are found in acute dermal toxicity test.
