摘要
利用酶工程技术制得的海洋低温碱性蛋白酶 ,主要用于加酶的洗涤剂 ,在室温下有较高的酶活力。为确保海洋低温碱性蛋白酶使用的安全性 ,并为其应用提供实验依据 ,本文以豚鼠为受试动物 ,进行皮肤致敏反应试验。结果表明 ,经致敏接触和激发接触 ,2 ,4 -二硝基氯苯组 ( DNCB)皮肤最大平均反应值为 3.3,致敏率为 10 0 %。海洋低温碱性蛋白酶组皮肤最大平均反应值为 0 .0 5,致敏率为5%。
The Marine low temperature alkaline proteinase is made by enzyme engineering technology. It is mainly used as detergent and has very high activity at room temperature. In order to ensure the safety of the Marine low temperature alkaline proteinase usage and provide experimental data for it, it is used to do the skin sensitization test on guinea pigs. The results show the skin maximum average value of the reaction in 2,4 diniiro chlorobeuzene(DNCB)group is 3 3 and the allergic reaction rate is 100% by sensitization and excited contact. The skin maximum average value of the reaction in Marine low temperature alkaline proteinase group is 0 05 and the allergic reaction rate is 5%. It is a sensitized.
