摘要
四川省是我国野生食用菌品种和数量较为丰富的地区之一。经过半个世纪的发展,传统产业已具有一定的规模和市场,形成了较强的食用菌开发技术能力和条件,为产业的升级和发展提供了良好的基础。松茸资源的保护管理和产业发展虽然已取得一定的成绩和经验,但与其它物种的保护和产业发展相比,还存在一定的差距。因此,要坚持以科学发展观为指导,以科技创新为手段,以做大做强为目标,正确处理资源保护与开发、环境保护与产业发展的关系,促进产业可持续发展。通过资源保护、质量安全、市场体系、科技研发等支撑体系的加强与完善,促进优化产业布局,加快野生食用菌产业增长方式的转变,推动野生食用菌产业提质增效。
Sichuan Province is one of the variety and quantity of wild edible fungi most relatively abundant regions. After half a century development, the traditional industry has a certain scale and market, form the strong development of edible fungus technical ability and condition, provide a good foundation for the upgrading and development of industry. The protection and management of matsutake resources and industrial development has made certain achievements and experience, but compared with other species protection and industry development, there is still a gap. Therefore, we must adhere to the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, by means of technological innovation, become bigger and stronger, to correctly handle the relationship between environmental protection and industrial development, resource protection and development, promote the sustainable development of the industry. Through the strengthening and improvement of resource protection, quality and safety, market system, scientific research and development support system, promote the optimization of industrial layout, speed up the transformation of wild edible mushroom industry growth mode, promote the quality and efficiency of wild edible mushroom industry.
