四川省是我国野生食用菌品种和数量较为丰富的地区之一。经过半个世纪的发展,传统产业已具有一定的规模和市场,形成了较强的食用菌开发技术能力和条件,为产业的升级和发展提供了良好的基础。松茸资源的保护管理和产业发展虽然已取得一定的成绩和经验,但与其它物种的保护和产业发展相比,还存在一定的差距。因此,要坚持以科学发展观为指导,以科技创新为手段,以做大做强为目标,正确处理资源保护与开发、环境保护与产业发展的关系,促进产业可持续发展。通过资源保护、质量安全、市场体系、科技研发等支撑体系的加强与完善,促进优化产业布局,加快野生食用菌产业增长方式的转变,推动野生食用菌产业提质增效。

After half a century development, the traditional industry has a certain scale and market, form the strong development of edible fungus technical ability and condition, provide a good foundation for the upgrading and development of industry.
