在构建和谐社会、创建生态省和建设美丽中国的进程中,加快福建乡村生态文化建设具有重要意义。近年来,福建乡村生态文化建设取得一些成就,但仍然存在一定的问题。针对存在的问题,要采取加强和完善乡村生态文化制度建设,加大宣传力度,倡导绿色消费模式,增强农民持续增收能力,建立科学有效的长效机制等对策与措施。

In the process of constructing a harmonious society, creating an ecological province and constructing beautiful China, accelerating the construction of Fujian rural ecological culture is of great significance. In recent years, achievements have been made in Fujian rural ecological culture constructions. However, there are still some problems. In view of the existing problems, some countermeasures and measures should be taken, such as strengthening and improving the system of rural ecological culture construction, intensifying propaganda, advocating green consumption mode, enhancing the capacity of continuous growth in rural incomes, establishing scientific and effective long-term mechanism.
