A Molecular Test on the Genetic Purity of Large White Swine Populations from Different Countries

用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术从分子结构上研究了不同来源大约克夏猪群的遗传纯度。结果表明 :不同来源 (系列及其杂种 )大约克夏的平均带纹相似系数没有显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,反映了这些不同来源大约克夏猪群间的遗传结构基本一致。

The genetic purity of Large White swine populations from different countries was studied based on the molecular structrue by random amplified polymorphic(RAPD) method. The result shows that there are not significant differences(P>0.05)among different Large White swine populations on the average band sharing. It indicates that the genetic structures of different Large White populations are similar.
