摘要
文章针对包钢薄板厂宽厚板作业区高压水除鳞电机(2 800 kW)在运行中发生突发性振动的原因进行分析及处理,并利用振动监测设备对其故障特性进行频谱采集与分析,分析得出电机"空载不振动,负载振动加剧"这一类故障引发的可能原因及相应的特征频谱。
In this paper,the causes for sudden vibration of high pressure water descaling motor （2 800 kW） in opera- tions at operation area of wide and thick plates in CSP Plant of Baotou Steel are analyzed and treated as well as the charac- teristics of faults are collected and analyzed with frequency spectrum by monitoring equipment of vibration. Finally, the pos- sible causes and corresponding characteristic frequency spectrum for faults of motor that no vibration with no - live load while vibration is intensified with load are summarized.
