摘要 通过对包钢选矿厂Φ3.6 m×6.0 m的长筒球磨机筒体,进行了受扭矩和重力作用的分析,并进行简支梁的扭矩和受力计算。结合实际运行情况,把筒体上原为两个人孔门结构,改造为一个人孔门结构。经过对人孔结构改造,减少了人孔门处裂漏所矿导致的很多故障,创造了可观的经济效益。 The structure of barrel for long -barrelled ball mill is reformed from two manhole doors to one manhole door combined with the actual operations through analyzing the torque and gravity action of barrel for Φ3.6 m×6.0 m long - barrelled ball mill in Concentration Plant of Baotou Steel as well as calculating the torque and force of freely supported beam. After the reform, the faults caused by ore leakage at manhole door due to cracks are reduced so that the economic benefits is obvious.
