Study on Control System of Temper Rolling Mill for Hot Rolling

热轧平整是确保热轧板质量的关键步骤,文章以薄板热轧平整机为研究对象,介绍其控制系统及硬件组成,PLC416-2DP和FM458在热轧平整机上的应用,并且针对薄板厂现有情况及生产线存在的缺陷提出了改进意见。

Temper rolling for hot rolling is the key step to ensure the quality of hot rolled plate. In this paper; it is intro- duced the control system and hardware structure of temper rolling mill for hot rolling in CSP Plant as well as the applications of PLCAI6 -2DP and FM458 on it. Moreover, the improvement suggestions are proposed based on the present situations and existing defects of production lines in CSP Plant.
