摘要
近年来我国危险化学品环境污染事故频发,如何及时有效地对污染物进行应急控制及消除显得尤为重要。本文基于事件树分析法原理,根据危险化学品理化性质及其环境污染事故的特征,从污染物种类、污染介质和污染物性质三个方面归纳出危险化学品环境污染事故的42种事故情形,给出每种污染事故情形所对应的处理处置技术方案,构建危险化学品环境污染事故应急处理处置技术树。基于Web服务器Apache、PHP语言和MySQL数据库管理系统开发,建立了危险化学品环境污染事故应急处理处置技术库,实现对技术方案方便快速地查询。
The environmental pollution resulted from hazardous chemical accidents occurred frequently in our country in recent years. How to control and eliminate the pollution in these accidents are very critical in environmental emergency treatment. The paper studied the classification of 42 situations used to control and treat the environmental pollution based on the principle of event tree analysis. According to the physicochemical properties of hazardous chemicals and the characteristics of accidents, the 42 situations was sorted from the type of contaminants, pollution medium and the character of contaminants. The proposals of how to treat and dispose the environmental pollution were put forward to every kinds of pollution accidents. The technology tree of emergency treatment and disposal was constructed. By using Web server Apache, PHP programming language and MySQL database management systems, the technology database of environmental pollution treatment for hazardous chemical accidents was created, which realized a fast and convenient search about treatment proposals.
