摘要
针对水泥预分解窑燃用高硫煤遇到的预热器系统结皮、堵塞以及熟料中SO3含量较高的突出问题,首先从理论上阐述了烧成系统硫循环过程中发生的化学反应,分析了窑内氧气浓度、温度、窑内停留时间以及还原气氛等因素对硫挥发的影响,提出了对应的减轻硫挥发程度的措施。在理论分析基础上,从固硫技术、预分解系统的设计和生产操作过程的控制等三个方面介绍了我公司高硫煤应用技术。
Aiming at preheater system build-ups and high S03 enntent clinker when firing high-sult/~r coal in the cement preealeiner kiln, chemical reaetions necurring (luring the sulfur cycle in the pyroprocessing zones were illustrated. The influence of oxygen content, temperature, retention time in the kiln, reducing atmosphere and other factors on the sulfur volatilization was analyzed and corresponding solutions were proposed to reduce it. Based on the theoretical analysis, application techniques of high-sulfur coal presented by our company were introduced from three aspects, including sulfur-fixing technology, preealeiner system design and operation con- trol.
