褐飞虱和白背飞虱对不同飞虱取食后稻株的选择性 被引量:7

ON THE SELECTIVITIES OF NILAPARVATA LUGENS (STAL) AND SOGATELLA FURCIFERA (HORVATH) FOR RICE PLANTS FED BY IDENTICAL OR ALTERNATIVE PLANTHOPPER SPECIES IN ADVANCE

摘要 研究了3种类型水稻品种上褐飞虱和白背飞虱对不同飞虱取食后稻株和未取食稻株的选择性差异。结果表明,褐飞虱在籼稻浙852和粳稻秀水11上主要选择白背飞虱取食后的稻株,在籼粳杂交稻协优9308上表现为差异不明显;白背飞虱则在浙852上主要选择褐飞虱取食后稻株。对3个品种稻株中游离氨基酸含量的分析结果表明,飞虱取食诱导稻株中游离氨基酸总量上升以及各种游离氨基酸含量的变化与以后取食的稻飞虱的寄主选择之间无必然联系。 The differences among the selectivities of brown rice planthopper Nilaparvata lugens (Stltl) and white backed rice planthopper Sogatella Jurcifera (Horvdth) for rice plants of three varieties, namely, Zhe 852 (indica rice), Xiushui 11 (japonica rice) and Xieyou 9308 (a hybrid of indica rice and japonica rice) , already fed by identical or alternative planthopper species or not yet fed by planthopper were studied. The results showed that N. lugens preferred to feed on Zhe 852 and Xiushui 11 as they had been fed by S. Jurcifera in advance, and there was no obvious difference between the selectivities of N. lugens on Xieyou 9308 had or had not been fed by S. Jurcifera before; while S. jurcifera mainly preferred to those of Zhe 852 already fed by N. lugens. The analytic results of free amino acid in the three varieties indicated that there was no inevitable relations among the enhance of total contents of free amino acid and the changes of different free amino acids induced by planthopper s feeding, and the planthopper s selection of rice plants.
