髂总动脉分支及其临床意义

The branches of the common iliae artery and it's clinical significance.

在78具成年尸体上详细观察了髂总动脉的分支。髂总动脉外侧支的出现率为30.76%,多起于髂总动脉远侧1/3段(43.33%),始端外径为2.38±0.06(0.90～4.20)mm.起自髂总动脉的髂腰动脉的出现率为10.26%,也多起于髂总动脉远侧1/3段,其始端外径为3.03±0.14(2.50～3.80)mm。记录了此两支动脉的走行和分布,并讨论了它们的临床意义。

The branches of the common iliac artery on 78 adult cadavers was observed in detail. The leteral branches of the common iliac artery occur in 30.76% of cases.Mainly it arose from the distal third(43.33%)of the common iliac artery.It's diameter was 2.38±0.06(0.90—4.20)mm.The ilialumar artery arising from the common iliac artery occurs in 10.26%.Mainly it also arose from the distal third,it's outer diameter was 3.03±0.14(2.50—3.80)mm.The course and distribution of both branches was reported and their clinical significance was discussed.
