摘要
通过理论分析和试验研究 ,探索出多种比较理想的轻油高辛烷值调合剂 ,开发了多种以轻油为基础油的火花点火发动机代用燃料。经发动机台架性能对比试验及缸内过程参数分析表明 :轻油基混合燃料具有较好的抗爆性 ,火花点火发动机燃烧过程稳定 ,可获得与燃用汽油相近的动力性 ,并且具有较高的热效率 ;轻油基混合燃料辛烷值较高 ,可使发动机采用更高的压缩比工作 ,显著地提高了发动机动力性及经济性 ,可以作为火花点火发动机的代用燃料。
Through the theoretical analysis and test, some satisfactory additives with high octane value to light oil were studied, and alternative fuels based on light oil were developed. The performance test and the parameter analysis of process in cylinder proved that the light oil based fuel had a high antiknock property. The spark ignition engine using light oil based fuel has a good combustion stability. The power and economy performance can reach or surpass the levels of that using gasoline. Since the light oil based fuel has high octane value, the engine can work with high compression ratio, which improves the power and economy performance greatly. The light oil based fuel can become a good alternative fuel for spark ignition engine.
